For the past several days or maybe a week . . . I'm not really sure at this point; I have been involved in cleaning out my Mama's house for an "Indoor Estate Sale." Mom no longer wants her "stuff". Mom no longer wants to deal with a house or a mortgage; therefore, my family has driven and flown to Florida to help get rid of Mom's stuff.
And I appreciate that because my mother lives with me and Truett now!
So, since Monday, Sherry and Quinn and Steve and Susan and I have weeded through 88 years of stuff. I will tell you now that I am NOT happy about all the extra stuff that is now resting on my porches. Stuff that has to be gone through... weeded out and kept as precious memories or tossed with the cat litter into the trash.
My mother has a few good pieces. She has a few antiques. But, like most most mom's, she has junk! (And for those of you who are fans of Tupperware, we bagged them and trashed them!)

By the way, the Chamber Pot was sold.
In the meantime, I visit Truett at Shands Rehabilitation Hospital; and he is doing GREAT! They tell me so. I see it!
So, really, in the scheme of things . . .how much does this estate sale really mean to me?
