We have the employees on a roll fixing up rickety old buildings around our place. First, I'll show you a photo of the playhouse with one last final touch.
Now take a look at this tiny shack of a building. It used to house Fox Terriers and then it became a garden shed for Truett's dad when he lived with us for a while.
For ten years or more this little building has stood there while Virginia Creeper slowly takes overs. Truett threatened to tear it down but I convinced him otherwise.
So our guys got busy refurbishing this building for a garden shed once more. I think that's an odd phrase to use since we have no garden and do not plan to plant one little seed. At least the hoes, rakes pots and mulch have a hiding place.
Work guys work.
Now look at it today. Ninety-nine point nine percent finished. Can you tell what's missing?
Oh no! Another blue building with a red door. What on earth is wrong with us. By the way, it is missing a doorknob. And a surprise sits directly behind it.
A fire hydrant of all things!
I was told today the gazebo is being enclosed with screens and benches put in. My goodness. I have so many places to escape to if only I had the time.
My goodness, everything is looking so beautiful.

Your buildings are taking on a new look for sure. Blue is my favorite color. However, I love the way the shed looked before-it had character. Guess I like the rustic look with the greenery.
