Just by a strike of luck, I happened to find two Caught Being Good tickets left in my jeans pocket from school.
Just by a thin hair, I wondered if perhaps I could reward Madeline and Oliver with a Caught Being Good ticket after I observed good behavior this weekend. After all, we are keeping them until Sunday.
And just by the grace of God, rewarding our grandchildren with Caught Being Good tickets has worked so far.
We took a two hour walk at the Ichetucknee Springs this morning, specifically the long path to Blue Hole.
Madeline and Oliver raced and yelled and giggled and chattered, but not once did they say, "I'm bored."
Following the long walk, the children played on the playground equipment before heading to lunch at the Goose Nest.
Truett and I both knew we were pushing the limits of a three year old with so many things packed into the morning activities, but we took our chances and stayed the course; and ever so often I reminded them how I just caught you being good.
I do not believe naps were taken and am wondering if resting counts for a ticket. What do you think?
Great photos and I vote they need a caught being good ticket.
