just what i needed

 
I surprised Truett today.

 
Today was a stay-at-home kind of day.  Other than running errands around Fort White, I had no intentions whatsoever of leaving my house. 

 
This afternoon I did take Truett downtown to check on a town leaking water line, which only took two minutes.  But, instead of coming straight home, I drove Truett to look at the river at Wilson Springs.  Since we don't have a key to the gate to get close to the river, I squeezed through the fence and was able to take a few pictures.

 
When we left, Truett said,  "That's just what I needed.  Thank you."

But, truth be told, I needed it as well!
