The wonderful thing about having stained glass windows in my house is the autumn sunlight refracting light through the glass.
Rainbows appear everywhere in the early morning.
And I like to chase rainbows.
Oh, my! That rainbow looks like a hand. Eerie!
As I think I'm done chasing rainbows, I spy one on the door frame. "Got you!" I snap.
Sometimes in a ten minute span, I think the rainbows are aliens playing with my mind.
Then I think maybe they are God telling me to appreciate, love, and listen . . . and above all, be grateful for what I have in my life.
This rainbow doesn't show up well, but it is on Truett's finger. I shout, "Truett! You have a rainbow on your finger!"
But, he doesn't see it from where he sits. Too bad. It was a lovely rainbow.
It doesn't take much to make me happy.
Just a rainbow here or there.
Especially, if it's on my husband's finger.
Love this post!
